Time has flown by this last year! I haven't had much time to blog but I want to do a post on each kid right now. This post is for my Ty buddy.
Ty was meant to be the oldest child. He is the best helper and a great listener (most of the time ;)). He had to step up and become the oldest instead of the baby and he has been so awesome about it. He helps me get Stevie's clothes out and he puts Stevie's shoes on for me. He recently switched to a booster seat in the car and now that he can buckle AND unbuckle himself all the way he will help buckle Stevie in the car and help unbuckle him when we get out. He can also bring Jack to me and help keep him happy.
He loves playing with his friends and cousins
He could leave me all day and still not miss home! But I'm grateful he's having fun
and learning a lot socially.
He loves playing outside and in the water and especially at the splash pad and in the sprinklers. He is pretty trusting and will try everything at least once.
These boys love getting dirty and playing in the mud
They equally love taking baths afterwards to get clean
They've spent most of the summer in their undies
And they love getting ice cream at Maceys
Ty recently gave a talk in primary and was so excited, he didn't even know being nervous was an option! I love that about him because I was such a shy kid. He ended up giving his talk a few more times that day to family members and he loved it every time. He's got a good daddy that helped him write it and say it.
He loves reading together and will read the book to himself later from what he remembers.
He's really close to being able to count to 20 all by himself. He has a hard time remember fifteen but he is getting better all the time and is excited to keep learning. He will love school next year and hopefully preschool this year.
He loves babies and says we should have 100 more.
He loved the dentist. Even when he had to get his cavities filled!
Our cat died a few months ago and he was so sad about it but was happy to learn that he was with Heavenly Father. He has such a sweet heart
He banged his head about a month ago on the railing behind the couch.
We weren't sure if he needed stitches
We decided not to take him in. It healed ok by itself and now he's
got two cool scars on the back of his head
Its hard to believe he's 4 and growing older and smarter every day. I love his silly personality and I feel so grateful every day that he chose me to be his mom.
I love when I get one on one time with him
He is the best brother
And he loves his dad like crazy
We love you Ty babe. You're truly amazing!
